Product Designer (UI/UX)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer (UI/UX) who can translate complex problems into elegant, intuitive experiences. You must excel at simplifying secure and technical workflows while maintaining high usability and world-class visual design standards.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Leadership to craft products that are beautiful, secure, and effortless to use.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Experience (UX)
Lead end-to-end UX design: research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, user testing.
Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive workflows.
Design frictionless experiences for mobile apps, admin dashboards, etc.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and user interviews.
Create UX frameworks that scale across multiple modules
2. User Interface (UI)
Produce high-fidelity UI designs following best practices in modern enterprise/SaaS design.
Maintain and expand our visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Create design systems and reusable UI components in Figma.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms (mobile, desktop, web).
3. Design System & Components
Build and maintain a robust Design System with engineering.
Document patterns, interactions, and visual standards for product-wide consistency.
Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
4. Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers to define scope, priorities, and success metrics.
Collaborate daily with engineers to validate technical feasibility.
Partner with security engineers to ensure usability does not compromise security flows.
Align with Marketing & Branding for cohesive communication and visual identity.
Problem-Solving & Innovation
Simplify complex features (encryption flows, admin controls, data policies).
Advocate for users while understanding enterprise constraints.
Use data (qualitative + quantitative) to refine and improve design decisions.
Contribute to the long-term product vision and roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
Core UX Skills
At least 3–5 years experience as a UI/UX/Product Designer (SaaS or mobile preferred).
Strong in user research, IA, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Solid understanding of UX principles for productivity tools, enterprise apps.
Core UI Skills
Expertise in modern UI design, typography, hierarchy, grids, motion, and spacing.
Mastery of Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
Strong eye for visual quality, aesthetics, and interface clarity.
Technical & Product Fluency
Ability to collaborate with dev teams and understand technical trade-offs.
Basic understanding of secure UX, privacy principles, and Zero-Trust oriented interactions (a plus).
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Bonus Skills (Highly Valuable)
Experience designing secure products (fintech, healthtech).
Motion design / micro-interactions.
Familiarity with collaboration tools
Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
