About The Role
Shape the visual identity of our brand. You'll create stunning graphics, design brand assets, and bring our product to life through motion design—defining how users experience and perceive our brand.
What You'll Do
- Brand & Visual Identity
• Design and evolve our brand identity system
• Create logos, color palettes, typography guidelines
• Develop brand guidelines and design systems
• Ensure consistent visual language across all touchpoints
- Graphic Design
• Design UI/UX assets for mobile and web applications
• Create marketing materials (social media, presentations, ads)
• Design print materials (business cards, brochures, signage)
• Produce illustrations and iconography
- Motion Design & Animation
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations
• Design video content for marketing and product demos
• Animate UI elements and micro-interactions
• Produce explainer videos and tutorials
- Product Design Support
• Collaborate with developers on UI implementation
• Design onboarding flows and in-app experiences
• Create promotional assets for product launches
• Design email templates and landing pages
Required Skills
- Core:
• 3-5+ years in graphic/multimedia design
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient in After Effects for motion design
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory
• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Brand identity and visual systems design
- Nice-to-Have:
• 3D design skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Animation tools (Lottie, Rive)
• Photo editing
• Experience in tech/startup environments
- Portfolio Required:
• Must showcase brand identity projects
• Motion design/animation samples
• Marketing materials and campaigns
- Mindset:
• Creative problem-solver with attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for clean, modern, purposeful design
• Open to feedback and iteration
