Product Manager
Role Overview
You will be the bridge between business, users, and technology — ensuring that every feature, release, and roadmap decision drives impact, security, and usability.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously align product priorities with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Vision
• Translate our mission into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities for both B2B (institutions) and B2C (citizen) markets.
• Benchmark against global competitors and localize best practices.
• Define and monitor KPIs / OKRs.
2. Roadmap & Planning
• Build and maintain a clear, phased product roadmap.
• Coordinate with the CTO and Engineering teams to define requirements, sprint priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Manage releases and ensure new features are well-documented, tested, and communicated.
3. User & Market Research
• Conduct ongoing market and user research.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback, translating insights into actionable features.
• Partner with the Marketing and Customer Experience teams to test product-market fit and identify adoption barriers.
4. Product Design & UX Collaboration
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an intuitive and compliant interface.
• Maintain product coherence between messaging, file sharing, and future modules .
• Champion simplicity, accessibility, and localization (Arabic, French, English).
5. Technical Coordination
• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering leads to balance ambition with feasibility.
• Understand core system architecture.
6. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Growth
• Partner with Marketing & Communications to prepare launch materials and product positioning.
• Support sales enablement: product demos, documentation, pitch materials.
• Measure adoption and usage analytics to optimize onboarding and retention.
7. Governance & Compliance
• Ensure that product features comply with Algerian data protection law (Loi 18-07) and global privacy standards (GDPR principles).
• Work with legal and compliance partners to ensure secure, ethical handling of user data.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical & Product Expertise
• Proven experience (3–7 years) as a Product Manager in software, SaaS, etc...
• Strong understanding of mobile and web app lifecycles.
• Experience working with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking
• Strong ability to translate vision into measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working with data-driven decisions (user analytics, conversion metrics, feedback loops).
• Deep curiosity about data sovereignty, cybersecurity, and public-sector digitalization.
Communication & Leadership
• Excellent communication skills — able to speak the language of engineers, designers, and executives alike.
• Strong leadership presence with a collaborative spirit.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in Tech Startups, Telecom, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Multilingual: Arabic, French, and English.
